🚨 Hiring: Head of Strategic Planning & Performance Management

📍 Location: Alexandria, Egypt

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead our Strategic Planning & Performance Management function.

Key Requirements:

✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field

✅ PMP Certification (Mandatory)

✅ 4–6+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, Corporate Performance Management, PMO, Finance, or Business Excellence

✅ Minimum 3 years in a leadership role

✅ Experience in medium-to-large organizations

✅ Strong expertise in KPI management, performance monitoring, Power BI, advanced Excel, and strategic reporting

✅ Proven track record in leading cross-functional strategic initiatives

The role will be responsible for:

• Leading the strategic planning cycle and corporate goal-setting process

• Driving organizational performance management and KPI governance

• Delivering executive-level dashboards and board reports

• Leading strategic initiatives, transformation programs, and business performance reviews

• Ensuring alignment across Finance, HR, Operations, and other business functions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.An
• MBA is highly preferred.
• PMP Certification is mandatory.
• Strategic Management, Balanced Scorecard, OKR, or Performance Management certifications are a plus

Experience Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, Corporate Performance Management, PMO, Finance, or Business Excellence.
• Experience in medium-to-large organizations.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives.
