• Greet and assist customers in-store, providing detailed information about alteration and repair services.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or services.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
• Coordinate with tailors and alteration staff to ensure customer requests are fulfilled on time.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
• Upsell additional services and products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Track and manage inventory of supplies and finished garments.
• Prepare daily sales reports and assist with store opening and closing procedures.
• Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Requirements

• 1-4 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work full-time, under a permanent contract, and on-site at one of our retail locations.
• Energetic, positive attitude with a passion for helping customers.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
