Job Description

• Take full responsibility for monthly closing and financial reporting for both internal management and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and issue official statutory financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.Ensure full compliance with tax laws, tax filings, and tax inspection requirements.
• Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies and IFRS standards.
• Lead, review, and support the GL & Reporting team to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial outputs.
• Act as the main point of contact with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities.
• Oversee and ensure proper accounting treatment across all financial cycles, including:
• Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
• Record-to-Report (R2R)
• Bill-to-Receive (B2R)
• Fixed Assets
• Cost Accounting
• Ensure full compliance with tax laws, tax filings, and tax inspection requirements.

Requirements

• More than 10 years of overall accounting experience, including 3–5 years in the same position (GL & Reporting Section Head or similar).
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and statutory reporting requirements.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or ESAA are highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of tax law, tax compliance, and tax inspections.
