About the role:

– Assist in boarding passengers on to departing aircraft

Responsibilities:

– Prepare all flight clearance paper.

– Prepare the boarding gate.

– Coordinate with Shift Leader & Ramp Officer concerning VIP, PRM & transit passenger.

– Make sure that passenger is ready for boarding on an appropriate time.

– Boarding on time and secure the gate area

Candidate requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree.

– Strong communication skills in English

– Should have computer knowledge in MS Office.

– Work with a team / under pressure.

– Ability to learn and apply technical policies and regulations

– Customer Support through Phone, Face-to-Face Customer Support

– Ability and willingness to work any shift, holidays and overtime during times of critical needs
