- Identify and target new B2B opportunities including real estate developers, offices, hotels, cafes, and retail partners.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads through calls, site visits, networking, and referrals.
- Develop long-term relationships with interior designers, procurement managers, and business owners.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored home décor solutions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to close deals and drive repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and bulk deals.
- Upsell and cross-sell products across the BWL Homes portfolio.
- Stay updated on product offerings, pricing, and new collections.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Coordinate with operations and production teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage custom orders and large-scale projects.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and smooth project execution.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in home décor, furniture, or real estate.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Existing network in interior design, real estate, or hospitality is a plus.
- Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and in field-based roles.
