وصف الوظيفة والمتطلبات:

General Purpose

Responsible for driving profitable revenue growth across all channels by developing and executing pricing, promotions, and trade spend strategies that support Beyti’s commercial objectives. The role ensures accurate net revenue reporting, provides strong analytical decision support, and partners closely with Sales Teams to deliver monthly revenue targets. This includes owning the promotional governance process, optimizing consumer and trade value, ensuring budget discipline, and securing timely, flawless execution of all pricing and promotional activities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive profitable revenue growth in collaboration with sales teams.
  • Drive promotional and operations process (ROI, budget, competitive monitoring, approvals, tactical proposals etc).
  • Ensure high quality decision support and accurate net revenue reporting.
  • Support the development of pricing tactics that deliver strong ROI, with tight budgetary discipline, flawless price operations and timely accurate periodic reporting.
  • Own daily / monthly tactical consumer value (promos) and/or trade margin activity planning, approval, and governance.
  • Partner with sales teams in planning smart tactics to support delivery of monthly revenue target.

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen with experience in revenue management, commercial finance, sales planning, or trade marketing.
  • Proven experience working in FMCG or a similar fast‑paced commercial environment.
