Job Description

• Strategically manage and oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and operational excellence.
• Supervise the receipt of finished goods and verify compliance with approved specifications and quantities.
• Ensure proper storage of products in accordance with quality standards and food safety requirements.
• Implement and maintain FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) inventory management practices.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimal minimum and maximum stock levels.
• Conduct periodic and annual stock counts, analyze inventory discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee loading and dispatch activities while ensuring order accuracy and timely deliveries.
• Prepare and analyze periodic inventory reports and stock movement records.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse staff while monitoring performance and driving continuous improvement.
• Coordinate closely with Procurement, Sales, and Transportation teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Ensure full compliance with food safety regulations, occupational health and safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor product shelf life and implement measures to minimize waste, damages, and inventory losses.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in food and beverage warehousing or FMCG operations.
• Proven experience managing finished goods warehouses.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems (prefer Odoo) to optimize operational workflows.
• Ability to work on-site and manage operational challenges effectively.
• Strong Communication Skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
