Job Description

• Identify and research new business opportunities within the MEP, engineering, and construction sectors
• Monitor upcoming tenders, projects, and market developments
• Support the preparation of proposals, tenders, and pre-qualification documents
• Coordinate with technical teams to collect required data for submissions
• Maintain and update business development pipelines, trackers, and reports
• Follow up on proposals, submissions, and client communications
• Assist in building and maintaining relationships with developers, consultants, contractors, and partners
• Prepare business development presentations, reports, and meeting summaries
• Support management in client meetings, negotiations, and networking activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• Previous experience in business development, preferably within MEP, engineering, or construction
• Good understanding of tendering processes and consultancy workflows
• Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
