Job Description
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with internal departments to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Record customer data and prepare periodic reports.
- Maintain a positive company image through effective communication.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service.
- Relevant educational qualification (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good computer skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Preferably residents of El Shorouk City or nearby areas.
