Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR coordinator to join our HR team in Egypt. In this role, you will support the day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes—including recruitment coordination, onboarding, payroll administration, compliance, and offboarding. You will work closely with the HR team, managers, and employees to ensure smooth HR processes while maintaining compliance with Egyptian Labour Law and fostering a positive and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the recruitment process by assisting in job postings, sourcing candidates, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews and hiring documentation.
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding activities, including preparing documents, handling registrations, and coordinating exit procedures.
  • Support payroll preparation by collecting and verifying attendance, employee data, and assisting with social insurance and payroll administration tasks.
  • Maintain employee records and support HR processes while ensuring adherence to company policies and Egyptian labor regulations.
  • Assist in coordinating performance review cycles and maintaining performance documentation.
  • Support training activities by coordinating logistics, tracking attendance, and assisting in identifying development needs.
  • Assist in organizing engagement activities and act as a point of support for employee inquiries and HR-related concerns.
  • Support the preparation of HR reports and maintain basic HR data and records for analysis.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, including office coordination, document management, and supporting day-to-day administrative requirements.
  • Qualifications & Requirements

    Education

    • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, law, or a related field.
    • HR certification is a strong plus.

    Experience

    • 1-2 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably covering multiple HR functions.
    • Solid experience working with Egyptian labor law and Social Insurance procedures.

    Skills & Competencies

    • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and confidentiality.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
