We’re Hiring: Talent Acquisition Specialist-Food & Beverage

📍 Location: New Cairo, Egypt

🏢 Industry: Food & Beverage / Restaurant Chain

We are hiring on behalf of a leading restaurant chain in Egypt looking for a proactive and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the company’s rapid growth by attracting and hiring top talent across operational and corporate functions.

🎯 Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a smooth hiring process, and building strong talent pipelines for both restaurant operations and head office roles.

💼 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
  • Handle hiring for restaurant operations and manufacture roles including:
  • Branch Managers
  • Supervisors
  • Chefs & Kitchen Staff
  • Service Crew
  • Maintenance
  • Quality
  • Corporate Functions
  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and recruitment campaigns
  • Conduct screening calls and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Track recruitment KPIs including time-to-fill, hiring success, and sourcing efficiency
  • Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
  • Maintain recruitment reports and ATS/database updates

✅ Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
  • Experience in F&B, hospitality, retail, FMCG or high-volume hiring is highly preferred
  • Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and recruitment platforms
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
