Qualifications & Duties:
- 2-4 years experience in call center operations.
- Strong leadership skills.
- excellent communication, with proven track record of team management are essential.
- Maintaining efficient operations during peak periods, ensuring all teams met customer expectations without delay.
- Update system records and transactions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction
Working Conditions
- 8 working hours.
6 days per week (Friday off).
