• 2-4 years experience in  call center operations. 
• Strong leadership skills.
• ⁠excellent communication, with  proven track record of team management are essential.
• Maintaining efficient operations during peak periods, ensuring all teams met customer expectations without delay.
• Update system records and transactions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction

Working Conditions

• 8 working hours.
  6 days per week (Friday off).
