Job Description

1. Lead/represent and participate in the continuous improvement Initiatives to focus on efficiency in the operations by:
2. Working with business operations to continuously improve performance (Safety, quality, productivity, delivery, and morale…),
3. Identify, propose, and carry out improvements inside the workshops,
4. Ensure the accuracy of methods time studies.
5. Coordinate continuous improvement projects. (productivity, 5S, ergonomy, etc.)
6. Represent & execute the General management’s policies
7. Support Team Leaders in progress management.
8. Train and coach employees based on Continuous Improvement.
9. Propose and implement improvements allowing the setting up of CI.
10. Design for layout flow by CAD.
11. Define, train, and Implement all Lean Basics inside the Operation
12. Participate and support teams to identify Muda (VA, NVA …)
13. Implementation of Lean Tools (VSM, 5S, Spaghetti charts, Simogram, TPM, SMED, PFEP…)
14. Standardize operational tools to collect data and deliver KPIs.
