Role Description

This is not a single-function role.

You will be exposed to how companies are assessed, structured, and prepared to engage with capital markets, not only through investor communication, but through building the underlying institutional logic.

You will work directly with the team on active projects involving listed companies and investment-related mandates.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial performance and business models
• Support investor materials (presentations, briefs, Q&A)
• Contribute to company assessments across IR, governance, and disclosure
• Help structure transformation journeys using CorpRise modules
• Organize and interpret company data into actionable insights
• Participate in client meetings as part of the team

Geographic Focus

The role will initially focus on projects related to the Egyptian market, including listed companies and capital market dynamics.

Over time, the scope is expected to expand in line with CorpRise’s regional growth.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong analytical and structured thinking
• Solid understanding of financial statements
• Ability to connect numbers with business context
• Good Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Clear and concise communication (English required)

Preferred Background

• Finance, Economics, or Business-related fields
• Interest in capital markets and investor relations
