Role Description

This is a full-time Outdoor Sales Specialist position based in Alexandria, with a hybrid working arrangement that allows for some remote work. The role involves identifying and engaging potential clients within the merchant community, managing client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets. The Specialist will also deliver training to merchants, collaborate with internal teams, and analyze sales data to propose data-driven strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage and support clients effectively
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of meeting targets
• Ability to deliver Training to merchants and team members to optimize performance
• Proactive and self-motivated, with strong problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with financial services, retail, or consumer finance is a plus
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic office software
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
