Job Description
We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Service Representative to handle inquiries, support customers, and ensure a great customer experience
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, social media, and email
• Resolve complaints and provide effective solutions
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, maintenance, logistics)
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service
• Excellent communication skills
• Problem-solving and handling complaints professionally
• Good command of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work under pressure
