• Monitoring all electricity consumption indicators for all main Panels of the factory for ease of
• controlling them well and making the right decision for the good distribution of loads and working on
• developing effective mechanisms to save on electrical energy consumption
• Provide training and development opportunities to all  maintenance staff & carry out
• performance evaluations and appraisals.
• Evaluates electrical systems by designing and conducting research programs, testing, applying
• knowledge of electricity and materials
• Plan, control and organize the planned preventative and corrective electrical maintenance on all of the plant and other equipment in order to maximize their lifespan and ensure safety.
• Supervise the manufacturing and installation of electrical equipment, components, and systems
• Follow up and analyses the downtimes and solve them quickly.
• Troubleshoot Electrical machines’ faults and guide technicians.
• Maintains material and equipment supplies by regularly monitoring inventory levels, anticipating.
• supply needs, placing and expediting electrical material orders and reviewing and approving invoices.
• Ensures stable electrical supply by maintaining equipment and outlets, including energy management.
• system for prototyping and assembly systems, lighting and security apparatus.
• Perform related duties as assigned, within your scope of practice.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in food industry as a maintenance Engineer.
• PLC /HMI programing Experience -problem solving skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical power.
• Strong background and practical experience in Automation and classic control.
• Lead operations (5S – TPM – SMED – VSM – Six Sigma….)
• CMMS software.
