Key Responsibilities:
Lead, supervise, and support the engineering team to achieve project goals and targets.
Plan, organize, and oversee engineering activities and daily operations.
Provide technical guidance and support in low current systems (CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, etc.) and EX-proof systems.
Coordinate with sales, procurement, and project departments to ensure smooth execution.
Review and approve technical designs, drawings, and project documentation.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
Monitor team performance, set KPIs, and conduct regular evaluations.
Train and develop team members to enhance technical and professional skills.
Handle technical issues and provide effective solutions on-site and remotely.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong experience in low current systems and industrial/EX-proof solutions is preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant engineering software.
