  • Role Description

We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to work directly with the Director of Operations and support the day-to-day execution of projects and team activities.

This role is not limited to administrative tasks — it requires someone who can take ownership of tasks, follow up with team members, and contribute to building and managing the team.

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Supporting hiring efforts by sourcing and shortlisting candidates
  • Coordinating team activities and ensuring tasks move forward on schedule
  • Following up with team members on deadlines, deliverables, and progress
  • Tracking ongoing projects and maintaining clear visibility on status
  • Organizing workflows and ensuring smooth communication across teams
  • Assisting in onboarding new team members
  • Preparing reports, summaries, and internal documentation
  • Managing calendars, meetings, and day-to-day coordination

This role requires a highly organized, proactive individual who can operate in a fast-paced environment and take initiative without constant supervision.

  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain structured workflows
  • Ability to take ownership and drive tasks to completion
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or task management platforms is a plus
  • Previous experience in operations, coordination, or administrative roles is preferred
  • Compensation
  • Monthly salary: 8,000 EGP
