Role Description

We are seeking a motivated Sales Team Leader for a full-time, on-site position based in New Cairo. The Sales Team Leader will oversee and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include setting team goals, monitoring performance, analyzing sales data, implementing strategies to drive revenue, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The role also involves fostering strong communication within the team and maintaining a high level of professionalism.

• Strong Team Management and Leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively
• Excellent Sales expertise combined with the ability to meet and exceed targets
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to build client relationships and handle inquiries professionally
• Proven Analytical Skills to evaluate sales performance and create strategies for improvement
• Experience in the real estate industry is a strong advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Proficient in using CRM tools and other sales software is a plus
