Job Summary:
Handle inbound/outbound customer calls, respond to inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while maintaining service quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Provide accurate information about products/services
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Follow up on customer requests when needed
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Good command of English
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure
- Flexibility to work in 24/7 rotating shifts
