Job Description
It undertakes customer service and support for remote medical examinations and does the following: Review sick requests detected remotely. Enter remote statements data.
Providing full support to customers, welcoming them and assisting them, responding to all their inquiries in a professional manner, and meeting their requirements and expectations within the framework of work policies and procedures. The work will be at the company’s headquarters in Maadi. – Number of working hours: 42 hours per week, in morning and evening shifts. – Two days off per week.
Requirements
Experience: 0–2 years in customer service, call center, or administrative support
Languages: Arabic and English (basic level)
Technical Skills: Microsoft Excel and general computer proficiency
Work Schedule: Rotational shifts (mostly PM)
Location: Maadi-based office, on-site
Other: Males preferred, students are not eligible
