Asasy Office Furniture is looking for a Moderator to join our team.

Requirements:

✅ Previous experience in Moderation or Customer Service.

✅ Experience in the Office Furniture industry is a MUST.

✅ Ability to handle customer inquiries, messages, and comments professionally.

✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

✅ Good knowledge of social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and messages across the company’s social media platforms.

• Follow up with potential customers and direct qualified leads to the sales team.

• Manage comments and messages in a professional and timely manner.

• Contribute to improving customer experience and increasing engagement.
