Location: Remote (Alignment with GST/Dubai Time Zone preferred)

Type: Full-Time / Base + Performance Commission

The Mission

JustAd is an emerging powerhouse in the AdTech space, designed to automate high-performance marketing campaigns. We offer a 7-day trial with a credit card requirement, meaning our users are high-intent.

We don’t need a traditional “closer” We need a Product-Led Sales Expert. Your job is to ensure every trial user hits their “Aha!” moment within 48 hours and sees the ROI that makes staying a no-brainer.

  • What You’ll DoThe Activation Sprint: Take ownership of the 7-day trial window. You will reach out to new sign-ups immediately to lead “Success Audits” and technical walkthroughs.
  • The Technical Bridge: Help users navigate tracking pixels, API connections, and campaign setups. If they hit a snag, you’re the one who clears the path.
  • The Conversion Engine: Increase our current trial-to-paid rate by identifying at-risk users and providing “concierge” onboarding.
  • The Feedback Loop: Work directly with the CEO to report why users are canceling and what features we need to build to win.
  • Who You AreAdTech Literate: You know what a pixel is, you understand ROAS vs. CPA, and you’ve ideally navigated the Facebook/Google Ads Manager dashboards.
  • Tech-Savvy Communicator: You can explain complex data concepts simply. You are comfortable on live screen-shares and recording Loom videos.
  • Startup Mindset: You enjoy the “founding” phase. You are organized enough to manage a CRM (HubSpot) and disciplined enough to work remotely.
  • Bilingual/English Pro: Fluent written and spoken English is a must.
