📍 Location: Hamasa City, Dakahlia, Egypt

🔬 What You’ll Do:
Lead R&D activities for new product development and existing product enhancement
Design and optimize formulations in line with quality and regulatory standards
Work closely with Production, Quality, and Regulatory teams
Oversee trials, validation, and stability studies
Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the R&D function
✅ What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Sciences
3–5+ years of experience in R&D within pharmaceutical manufacturing
Strong knowledge of formulation and product development
Solid understanding of GMP and regulatory requirements
Leadership mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
