About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting financial planning and analysis activities, providing insights that help drive data-informed strategic and operational decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare weekly, monthly, and periodic financial reports, providing analysis and insights on business performance.
• Support in budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes.
• Conduct sensitivity and variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support management initiatives and business needs.
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Assist in enhancing reporting tools and processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a similar finance role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• High level of English fluency, with strong interpersonal skills.

Work Location: Next to San Stefano Mall, Alexandria, Egypt

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Egypt Time)
