Job Description

This is an on-site, full-time role based in Cairo for a Real Estate Sales Agent. The role involves cultivating and managing client relationships, understanding customer requirements, showcasing properties, and discussing offers. The agent will negotiate contracts, provide expert advice on the real estate market, and guide clients through the buying or selling process to meet their property needs and investment goals.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in Real Estate Sales and holding a valid Real Estate License
• Strong skills in Real Estate operations, including market knowledge and transaction management
• Excellent Customer Service and Sales abilities, with a client-focused approach
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and dynamic environment
• Prior experience in the real estate market in Egypt or the Middle East is advantageous
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for real estate management is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
