Job Description
We are seeking a high-performing and results-driven Senior Commercial Real Estate Sales Specialist to join our property development team. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for driving the sales of retail shops, clinics, and administrative offices for our new mall project located in Hadayek October. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in B2B sales, a strong network of investors and retail brands, and a deep understanding of the commercial real estate dynamics in the West Cairo market.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Conversion:
Identify, target, and pitch to potential investors, business owners, doctors, and retail brands to sell commercial, medical, and administrative units within the mall.
Conduct professional site visits and presentations, highlighting the mall’s unique selling propositions (USPs), location advantages in Hadayek October, traffic expectations, and ROI potential.
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and initial contact to negotiation and closing deals.
Market Networking & Prospecting:
Actively source new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and leveraging existing relationships with investors and commercial brokers.
Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor pricing, and payment plans within the Hadayek October and October City regions.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with VIP clients and real estate investors.
Provide expert advice on property investments, financial payment plans, and expected rental yields to prospective buyers.
Reporting & Collaboration:
Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and suggest targeted promotional activities for the mall.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, pipeline deals, and client interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements
Education & Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field.
Experience: 3-5 years of solid experience in Commercial Real Estate Sales (specifically selling mall units, retail, or administrative spaces).
Geographical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the West Cairo market (6th of October, Sheikh Zayed, and specifically Hadayek October).
Skills & Competencies:
Proven Track Record: A documented history of successfully meeting and exceeding commercial sales targets.
Network: An active database of real estate investors, retail brands, franchisors, or medical professionals.
Negotiation Skills: Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills tailored for high-ticket commercial investments.
Financial Literacy: Ability to calculate and explain financial concepts to investors, such as ROI (Return on Investment), payback periods, and rental yields.
Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Arabic and English.
Vehicle: Having a personal car is highly preferred for site visits and client meetings.
