Senior React Native Developer (Cairo)

We are a fast-growing company delivering personal transport services similar to Uber and Careem, with an app built on React Native. Our platform connects passengers with drivers, providing a seamless and reliable transport solution. We are looking for a Senior React Native Developer with substantial experience in building similar ride-hailing apps to join our team in Cairo.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and enhancement of our ride-hailing app with features such as real-time location tracking, reservations, and order processing
• Integrate and maintain Map APIs for accurate navigation and live tracking
• Oversee the reservation system, ensuring a smooth and efficient user experience from booking to ride completion
• Collaborate with the backend team to integrate APIs and manage data for a seamless ride experience
• Optimize the app for scalability and performance
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership within the team

Requirements:

• Senior-level experience in React Native development
• Proven track record of building apps similar to Uber, Careem, or other personal transport services
• Deep expertise in Map APIs (Google Maps, Mapbox) and real-time tracking
• Strong understanding of app architecture and performance optimization
• Familiarity with backend services, RESTful APIs, and state management libraries (Redux/MobX)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Cairo-based candidates preferred

Position: React Native Developer (Fulltime, Remote) 5 days a week 8 hours daily

Salary: EGP 25,000 / month
