Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, located in Cairo, Egypt, for the Head of Maintenance position. The Head of Maintenance will supervise and oversee all maintenance-related activities, including preventive maintenance, regular repairs, and consistent upkeep of facilities and equipment. The role involves developing and implementing maintenance management strategies, scheduling tasks, and ensuring operational efficiency. Additionally, the individual will manage and lead a team of maintenance personnel, fostering collaboration to achieve optimal operational functionality.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Preventive Maintenance, Maintenance & Repair, and general Maintenance operations
• Strong Maintenance Management skills with the ability to develop and implement effective strategies
• Team Management capabilities, including leadership, communication, and team coordination skills
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Comprehensive understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards
• Relevant technical certifications or a degree in engineering or a related field is preferred
• Experience in facilities or industrial maintenance is an added advantage
