looking for a qualified HSE Engineer to ensure a safe and healthy work environment by implementing and monitoring health, safety, and environmental policies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for risk assessment, compliance, and promoting a strong safety culture across the organization.

• Implement and monitor HSE policies within factory operations
• Conduct regular risk assessments for machinery and production lines
• Ensure safe operation of equipment and proper use of PPE
• Perform routine safety inspections across the facility
• Investigate workplace incidents and recommend corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with local safety laws and industrial standards
• Conduct safety inductions and regular training sessions for workers
• Monitor fire safety systems and emergency preparedness plans
• Oversee waste management and environmental compliance in the factory

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• 3–7 years of experience in HSE within manufacturing is preferred
• Strong knowledge of industrial safety standards
• OSHA certification is a plus
• Experience dealing with machinery safety and production environments
• Strong observation and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and reporting skills
