Job Description

• Identify and acquire new SME clients to support portfolio growt
• Promote SME financial products and ensure competitiveness in the market
• Conduct field visits and build strong relationships with clients and referral channels
• Support in implementing sales plans to achieve business targets and profitability goal
• Assist in collecting and reviewing client documentation for credit processin
• Coordinate with internal teams (Credit, Risk, Operations) to ensure smooth workflow
• Follow up with clients and resolve issues to enhance customer satisfaction
• Support in identifying gaps in processes and suggest improvements
• Assist in market analysis and identifying new business opportunities or sourcing channels
• Participate in launching new products, campaigns, or offers when required
• Prepare and support reporting on sales activities and portfolio performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements (FRA & AML)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in sales, banking, or microfinance
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good command of English
• Willingness to work in the field
