Job Description

• Analyze tender documents, BOQs, drawings, and specifications
• Prepare site visit reports after conducting site surveys and evaluating site conditions
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for:
• Electrical systems (LV/MV, UPS, generators, panels,…..)
• Low current systems (Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, BMS,……)
• Perform material take-offs and pricing analysis
• Coordinate with suppliers/vendors to obtain competitive quotations
• Periodical update for costing database.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and tender conditions
• Identify risks, assumptions, and value engineering opportunities
• Support bid strategy and pricing optimization
• Participate in tender clarifications and client discussions
• Maintain cost databases and benchmarking tools

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• Experience from 2 – 5 years in:
• Costing, estimation, or tendering
• Electrical and low current projects
• Strong knowledge of:
• Electrical systems (power distribution, UPS, generators)
• ELV systems (Fire Alarm, CCTV, Data Networks, Security systems)
• Experience working on large-scale or mission-critical projects is a strong plus
• Excellent skills in:
• Microsoft Excel (advanced level)
• BOQ analysis and pricing
• Reading technical drawings
• Familiarity with international standards (IEC, NFPA, TIA, etc.)
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
