Job Description

Overview: As an HR Generalist, you will be a key player in managing a broad range of human resources functions.   • Responsibilities:
    • Drive recruitment efforts, from crafting compelling job descriptions to conducting interviews and extending offers, ensuring we attract top talent.
    • Oversee personnel management, including maintaining accurate employee records, managing HRIS data, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
    • Administer payroll processing with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring timely and accurate compensation for our dedicated team.
    • Champion employee relations, providing guidance and support on HR policies, fostering a positive work environment, and resolving workplace issues.
    • Facilitate seamless onboarding experiences for new hires, ensuring a welcoming and productive start to their journey with us.
    • Manage HR administrative tasks efficiently, leveraging your expertise in Microsoft Office Suite to streamline operations.
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
  • Skills & Technologies: You will leverage your strong foundation in Human Resources (HR), demonstrating proficiency in Personnel Management, Recruitment strategies, and accurate Payroll Processing. Your command of the Microsoft Office Suite will be essential for daily operations and reporting. Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS) is a plus.

Requirements

  • Experience That Excites Us: We are seeking an experienced professional with 3-7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources or a related administrative field. You’re ready to hit the ground running and bring your valuable insights to our team.
  • Essential Skills for Success:
    • Proven expertise in Human Resources (HR), encompassing a broad range of HR functions.
    • Demonstrable proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Solid background in Personnel Management, including HR record-keeping and compliance.
    • Strong track record in Recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
    • Experience with Payroll Processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with employees at all levels.
    • Sound understanding of HR best practices and local labor laws in Egypt.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Career Level Expectations: This is an Experienced level position. We’re looking for someone who can confidently manage daily HR operations, contribute strategically, and act as a reliable point of contact for employee inquiries and support.
