We’re Hiring | Lead Architect (Cairo Branch)
We are expanding our team at our Egypt branch (Cairo) and looking for a highly experienced Lead Architect to lead the technical office team and manage shop drawing coordination for major projects in KSA.

???? Location: Cairo, Egypt
Main Role:
The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the architectural technical team in Cairo and coordinating all shop drawing packages for projects located in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of architects and BIM modelers
Oversee production and coordination of architectural shop drawings
Ensure full interdisciplinary coordination (Arch / Structure / MEP)
Review drawings before submission to ensure accuracy and compliance
Manage BIM workflows (Revit-based environment)
Coordinate technically with KSA consultants and project stakeholders

Requirements

Requirements:
– Minimum 10 years of experience in architectural technical office
– Strong expertise in BIM environment (Revit is a must)
– Proven leadership and team management skills
– Solid experience in shop drawings and construction detailing
– Previous experience in heritage projects in Saudi Arabia is highly preferred
– Strong understanding of Saudi codes and approval processes
