Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and sales documentation.
- Process sales orders and ensure accuracy of customer information.
- Maintain CRM and sales databases with updated records.
- Coordinate with finance for invoicing, payment follow-up, and customer account status.
- Support tender and bid submission activities.
- Coordinate project initiation and handover from sales to delivery teams.
- Track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
- Follow up with internal teams and customers on project progress.
- Maintain project schedules and status reports.
- Escalate delays, risks, and issues to management when required.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management.
- Organize contracts, purchase orders, change requests, and project files.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university (computer science background is preferred).
- 3 -5 Years of experience in same filed
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience with CRM-
- Strong reporting and documentation skills.
