We’re hiring a Creative Strategist to own the ideas that drive our growth. You’ll be the first dedicated creative hire in this department, which means you’ll shape how the brand communicates from the ground up.

What you’ll own:

– Developing ad angles and creative concepts rooted in our manufacturing story, product quality, and real customer problems

– Writing briefs for UGC creators and managing content production end to end

– Scouting and building a roster of UGC creators who can bring different angles to life

– Analyzing Meta ad performance and deciding what to test next and why

– Keeping the creative pipeline full: always 3-5 concepts ready to go

– Researching what’s working globally in DTC and adapting it for the Egyptian market

– You’ve worked in performance marketing, a DTC brand, or a media buying environment

– You understand what makes someone stop scrolling

– You think in hooks, human problems, and emotions

– You’re comfortable reading ad metrics: ROAS, CPP, CTR, CVR

– You’re proactive, opinionated, and don’t wait to be told what to do

– You can commute to Sheikh Zayed daily
