Job Description

• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations to ensure timely delivery of automotive products and parts.
• Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to manage inbound and outbound logistics processes.
• Oversee inventory management, including tracking stock levels and organizing warehouse activities.
• Prepare and process shipping documents, invoices, and customs paperwork in compliance with regulations.
• Optimize transportation routes and methods to minimize costs and improve efficiency.
• Resolve issues related to shipment delays, damages, or discrepancies in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of logistics activities and generate regular reports for management review.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies throughout all logistics operations.
• Support the implementation of new logistics technologies and process improvements.
• Assist in forecasting demand and planning logistics resources to meet business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related role, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with teams and external partners.
• Proficiency in logistics software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights for process improvement.
• Familiarity with customs regulations, shipping documentation, and import/export procedures.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle unexpected challenges efficiently.
• Willingness to work in an on-site environment and adapt to a fast-paced setting.
