Job Description
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content across multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
- Engage with online communities, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive interactions with followers.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall marketing goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep strategies fresh and effective.
- Manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance analysis.
- Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates to expand reach and credibility.
- Support crisis management and reputation monitoring on social channels.
- Assist in the development of social media guidelines and policies for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies and campaign planning, with the ability to translate business objectives into effective social media initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for clear, engaging messaging.
- Proven ability to create compelling and audience-focused content across different platforms.
- Experience using social media analytics tools and preparing performance reports to guide improvements.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to bring fresh ideas to campaigns.
- Familiarity with paid social media advertising and campaign management across platforms like Meta, TikTok, or LinkedIn.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required to manage content and communication effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- This is a full-time, on-site position based in Heliopolis.
