Job Description

Promoting and selling products to distribution centers (pharmacies, warehouses, and distribution companies)

Achieving compliance targets

Fostering strong customer relationships

Following up on orders and collections

Regularly expanding the customer base in new markets

Displaying products, explaining their features, and monitoring their availability at points of sale

Controlling pricing and ensuring compliance with company policies

Implementing distribution plans and geographical coverage

Maintaining coordination with other teams and departments and ensuring timely delivery

Providing problem-solving skills and regular customer follow-up

Requirements

• From 1 to 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and cosmetics field
• Strong communication and negotiation skills 
• Ability to take decisions
• Flexibility, initiative, 
• Providing reports, and using sales tracking tools.
• Good understanding of the product and market, with the ability to analyze customer and competitor needs.
