Job Description
Role Purpose
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of all restaurant outlets and the factory. Your primary goal is to ensure consistency in service and food quality, maximise profitability across all branches, and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

5. Resolve high-level guest complaints and ensure a “customer-first” mentality across all tiers of staff.
Requirements
- Experience: 10–15 years of experience in the F&B industry, with at least 5 years in a senior operations management role managing restaurants & outlets.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Proficiency in restaurant management software. - Attributes: Exceptional leadership skills, ability to work under pressure, and a “hands-on” approach to problem-solving.
