Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Site Engineer, based in Cairo. The Senior Site Engineer will oversee daily site operations, ensuring projects meet quality, safety, and efficiency standards. Responsibilities include supervising construction activities, ensuring compliance with designs and specifications, managing timelines, coordinating with the project team, and resolving on-site challenges. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and effective communication with all stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Extensive on-site construction management experience with the ability to oversee daily operations and resolve challenges effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with teams, clients, and subcontractors
• Proficiency in Quality Control to ensure work meets required standards and specifications
• In-depth knowledge of structural engineering and safety regulations
• Educational background in Civil Engineering or a related field with relevant certifications preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
• Experience with large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects is an advantage
