Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Business Partner located in Cairo, Egypt. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and overseeing performance management frameworks. This role involves collaborating with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals and providing support to employees across various HR functions to foster a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HR Policies and comprehensive experience in core Human Resources (HR) functions
• Expertise in Employee Relations and the ability to create and maintain a supportive work culture
• Understanding of Labor and Employment Laws to ensure legal compliance and risk management
• Experience in designing and overseeing effective Performance Management initiatives
• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency in utilizing HR tools and technologies
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience working in or knowledge of marketing agencies is highly preferred
