Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Qesm 1st 6 October for a Real Estate Agent. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for facilitating property sales, showcasing commercial spaces to potential buyers or tenants, maintaining positive client relationships, and providing expert advice on market trends and property values. The role also includes networking to generate leads, preparing property listings, and ensuring smooth transactions.

Qualifications

• Valid Real Estate License with comprehensive knowledge of real estate regulations and practices
• Experience in Real Estate transactions and managing Real Property
• Proven skills in Sales and Customer Service to build relationships and close deals
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in understanding and analyzing real estate market trends
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in commercial real estate is an advantage
