We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Performance & Affiliate Marketing Intern to join our marketing team. This internship is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or students who want to gain hands-on experience in paid media, data analysis, and affiliate marketing within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing Support

• Assist in setting up and monitoring campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads
• Track and report campaign performance (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)
• Support A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages
• Help in optimizing campaigns based on performance data

Affiliate Marketing Support

• Learn the basics of affiliate & performance marketing
• Assist in setting up and tracking campaigns
• Support the team in daily tasks and reporting
• Research competitors and market trends
• Identify and analyze top-performing (winning) offers in the market

Requirements

• preferred 6 months to 1 year of experience
• Basic knowledge or experience in Media Buying
• Completed marketing courses (Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing is a plus)
• Familiar with social media platforms and online advertising
• Analytical mindset and willingness to learn
• Good communication skills
