Job Description

• Manage purchasing activities for ongoing projects based on project requirements and schedules
• Source and evaluate suppliers and subcontractors
• Request and analyze quotations to ensure the best value (price, quality, delivery)
• Issue purchase orders in line with company policies and project budgets
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules
• Coordinate with project managers, engineering, and finance teams
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery to project sites
• Resolve supply, quality, or delivery issues with vendors
• Maintain the approved vendor list and supplier performance records
• Ensure purchased items meet technical specifications and project standards
• Monitor market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and audit requirements

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing
• Previous experience in project-based environments (construction, engineering, automation, or technical projects preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
