Key Responsibilities

• Present and sell residential properties to prospective clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and referrals
• Conduct property tours and provide accurate information on pricing, availability, and specifications
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in alignment with company objectives
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor projects, and property values
• Coordinate with the marketing team to support lead generation campaigns

Requirements

Job Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of solid experience in Real Estate residential properties
•  Education: Bachelor’s degree at least
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of real estate market analysis and property valuation and New Cairo & Fifth Settlement projects
• Soft Skills: High level of integrity, confidentiality, and excellent organizational skills.
