Job Description
Welcome and greet visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
Schedule appointments and coordinate management meeting calendars.
Register visitors’ information and manage entry and exit procedures.
Receive, distribute, and follow up on mail, documents, and packages.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Provide basic information about the company and its services to clients.
Support administrative tasks such as typing, photocopying, and filing.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Adhere to company policies and workplace health and safety regulations.
Requirements
