Regional Head of FP&A | Healthcare Sector | Egypt-Based

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Regional Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead the FP&A function of a high-growth, international healthcare company. This role will be based in Egypt and will report directly to the Group CFO.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Lead all budgeting, forecasting, and both short- and long-range planning processes at a regional level
• Prepare consolidated financial packs and dashboards for senior leadership with clear, actionable insights
• Build robust financial models and conduct variance analysis to support growth and investment decisions
• Monitor KPIs and performance trends, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive improvements
• Ensure financial accuracy, process integrity, and compliance across all reporting activities
• Create and oversee ad hoc reports and analysis for executive stakeholders
• Present performance updates using high-quality Excel dashboards and PowerPoint presentations

🔹 What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; CIMA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent qualification preferred
• Minimum 15 years of finance experience, including 5+ in FP&A in the healthcare or FMCG sector
• Experience managing regional consolidation and variance analysis
• Strong command of Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modelling
• Proficiency in tools such as SAP, Power BI, or similar
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in presenting to senior management
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in English (oral and written)
• Strong collaboration and interaction skills, with experience working in a multicultural environment
