Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Supervisor based in Giza. The Sales Supervisor will oversee and lead a high-performing sales team, develop strategies to achieve sales targets, and ensure client satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and monitoring team performance, training team members, analyzing sales data, collaborating with stakeholders, and maintaining strong communication with clients to uphold excellent customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Team Management and Training skills to lead and develop a high-performing sales team
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Proven Analytical Skills for interpreting sales data and driving performance improvements
• Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
• Previous experience in real estate sales or a related field is highly desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is advantageous
